Here at Scotch Plains Medical Center, our pain management center specializes in non-surgical treatment of neck and back pain through the use of epidurals, facet joint injections, sacroiliac joint injections, radio-frequency ablation and discography.

 

We also perform ultrasound-guided peripheral joint injections for the treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal pain secondary to acute injuries as well as chronic conditions such as arthritis, tendinitis and carpal tunnel syndrome . Ultrasound guidance injection improves accuracy and has been shown to provide better and faster pain relief. The use of ultrasound also dramatically reduces the pain associated with the injection itself.
